Saad Saad is an accomplished pediatric surgeon. He has served as a physician for the last 47 years. Saad recently retired from active duties in the medical industry, but his legacy is something that will last many years to come. Saad’s priority was always coming up with the best treatment procedures for his patients. He was interested in changing the status quo by coming up with new methods that would make surgical operations less painful and risky. Saad Saad has conducted pediatric surgical operations in different parts of the world. As an American board-certified surgeon, his expertise was in demand from other parts of the world. The fact that he was fluent in English and Arabic was another added advantage to his career. In the 1980s, he was hired by the Saudi Royal Family as a private pediatric doctor at the King Faisal Hospital. He stayed here for four and a half years and then went back to New Jersey.
Giving back to the community
Saad has served his community in the best way he could. He has been to various parts of the globe on medical missions organized by humanitarian organizations. In the United States, he has been involved in several missions which involved helping the needy with medical needs. He has also been to the Middle East on similar missions. In eight missions, he has traveled to West Bank and Jerusalem where he has conducted complex pediatric surgeries to children from low-income families. These medical missions were free, and they were part of his efforts to give back to the community. Dr. Saad Saad was born in Palestine, brought up in Kuwait and then migrated to the United States.
Saad Saad has two critical medical inventions that are patented. He has tested the two and is satisfied that they are going to bring efficiency in the process of treatment.
The first invention is a catheter with a location identification device. This device is applying electromagnetic science principles to locate the position of the catheter when it is inserted into the body.
